Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Operator Of Cellular Pet Salon In San Jose




Rachel Murphy was deeply upset by the horrific experience his five pound dog Toto went through over the weekend. Rachel claimed that the dog was bloodied and distressed after a groomer had taped Toto r’s lips shut.

Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Toto r’s paws appeared to be red and inflicted with injuries. The toenails had been cut too near to the paw which probably triggered his biting response."
